\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAll medical cannabis is applied for and prescribed under our Plant <\/span>Med doctor\u2019s provider and prescriber numbers. Plant <\/span>Med doctors prescribe in the areas of plant medicine and work in a shared care role with the referring doctor\/s to track patient progress, symptom relief, medication interactions, reductions, and overall patient wellbeing.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tReferring doctors receive correspondence once a patient is approved for medical cannabis, at 3 months of treatment and ongoing as needed.
